He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and Nigeria; Member, Institute of Credit Management and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Faromoju was a General Manager with Centre–Point Merchant Bank and Head of Centre-Point Securities Limited up till December 1995. While with centre-point, he was involved with packaging of various companies’ flotation. His experience in the banking industry spans over 20 years. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers. He also has extensive experience in capital market operations acquired in the last 20 years, with expertise in company’s financial engineering and investment advisory. He was formally a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.




Albert Olaniyi Folorunsho is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, with over 20 years of professional experience in Taxation, Insolvency Practice and Management Consulting.

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan.

He has been a lecturer in Tax Management for the past seven years at Wyse Associates Limited, a leading Accountancy tuition house. He also lectures Business and Advance Taxation in the same school for students preparing for the ACCA examinations.

Having passed and been awarded the prestigious Advance Diploma in International Taxation by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) of UK, with specialisation in UK taxation and European Taxation. He is an international affiliate of the CIOT, with wide experience in international taxation and advisory involving cross border structuring and transfer pricing.

Folorunsho co-founded Pedabo in 1998 and he is presently the Managing Consultant of Pedabo Associates Limited, with responsibility for taxation advisory services. He started his professional career with National Commission for Museums and Monuments in 1988 before joining the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. where he trained for about 7 years from 1992 to 1998. He has attended various training programs both within and outside Nigeria on technical and human capital management.




She is a trained teacher with many years of experience; she worked briefly with the Federal Ministry of Education, Special Education Section. She taught in a number of schools within lagos for many years before retiring from active teaching to start her private business outfit. She is a Christian who has devoted her life to serving God and humanity. She is happily married and blessed with children.




Adetunji Abioye graduated top of his class with B.A. English (2nd Class Upper) from Obafemi Awolowo University and also studied for a Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology at the University of Ibadan. He is an alumnus of Africa’s best Business Schools (LBS & WBS).’TJ’ (as he is fondly called by colleagues and admirers) is a multi-culturally trained and exposed marketing practitioner and strategist. He has spent close to two decades tendering some of the best brands in the world.

He is a passionate learner, serial entrepreneur and scholar. Tunji was the first non-founder Managing Director of Rosabel Advertising Limited. He resigned his employment with Rosabel March 2010 to champion a marketing communication agency with a passion for selling ‘unpopular’ marketing ideas. The firm is called FUEL.

Tunji is a registered member of APCON, Lagos Country Club and a distinguished member of Entrepreneurs Organization (a global business network of 11,000+ leading entrepreneurs in 150 chapters and 48 countries). He is married to Kemi Abioye and blessed with a son, two daughters.




Mr. Olugbenga Faromoju attended Covenant University where he earned a B.Sc in Economics. He worked as a Customer Sales Marketing Officer with PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc during his National Service Year. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Economics of the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is a Founder and Managing Director of Estahoal Integrated Services Limited which retails locally and international made furniture. He is presently the Managing Director Forthright International Company Ltd.




He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Covenant University. He gained Internship experience in capital market operations, research and marketing with Forthright Securities and Investments Limited as a Market Research officer in 2010. He is an alumnus of the Manchester Business School (University of Manchester) United Kingdom and holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. He is currently an Executive Director at Forthright International Company Limited.
